2. About Our Services
Zinble Edge Services is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-324000) and a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for loans. We provide execution-only distribution of investment products. We are not an Investment Adviser or Portfolio Manager and do not provide investment advice or guarantee returns.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. Products and onboarding are intended for residents of India unless stated otherwise.
4. No Investment Advice
Content on the Site — including service descriptions, metrics, and asset-category information — is provided for general information only and does not constitute investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any product. You are responsible for evaluating product suitability and should consult the official scheme documents and, where appropriate, an independent professional.
5. Calculators & Tools
The SIP, lumpsum, EMI, NPS/FD calculators and the risk profiler are illustrative tools that compute results from the values you enter using standard formulae. Projections are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual returns, EMIs and outcomes will differ based on market conditions, applicable charges, taxes and product terms.
6. Third-Party Links & Platforms
The Site links to third-party platforms — for example MF Utilities (eCAN onboarding), our white-labeled portfolio portal, Aadhaar e-KYC services, AMC/RTA sites, and app stores. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security or practices of these third parties; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zinble Edge Services name, logo, text, design and graphics on this Site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zinble Edge Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content or tools, or your dealings with any third party or product manufacturer.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zinble Edge Services from any claims or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
