Zinble Edge Services is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor under ARN-324000. We facilitate loan products as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) of partner banks and NBFCs, and assist with National Pension System (NPS) and Corporate Fixed Deposit transactions in a distribution capacity.
2. Nature of Services — Execution-Only Distribution
We provide execution-only distribution services. We are a distributor of investment products and are not an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or “Financial Planner” under SEBI regulations. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations or assurance of returns. Any data, tools, calculators, rolling returns, Sharpe ratios or category information presented are for general information only and are objective, non-advisory inputs to help you make your own decisions.
3. Products We Distribute
- Mutual Funds — execution-only distribution across participating AMCs.
- Corporate Fixed Deposits — curated access to rated company deposits.
- National Pension System (NPS) — facilitation for individuals and corporates.
- Loans — sourced and referred as a DSA of partner banks/NBFCs.
4. Regulatory Framework & Code of Conduct
We endeavour to operate in accordance with the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, AMFI guidelines and the AMFI Code of Conduct for distributors, along with applicable KYC/AML requirements. Mutual fund transactions are processed through AMCs, RTAs and platforms such as MF Utilities (MFU).
